Our program director, Sherrene Hagenbach-Winters, has had a heart for outreach since 1998; and from her earliest visions up to now, her ideas haven’t strayed. She continues to strive towards influencing the minds and actions of our youth through positive, peaceful, and collaborative ways.
Sherrene is highly attentive and creative with strategizing for each person she helps because she understands that everyone is vastly different. Her ability and drive to connect with all ages of life give her an outstanding perspective that shows tremendous results.
Community Support
Currently, we are working towards expanding our participation within the local public and private schools. By assessing the common needs of adolescent ages, we will be able to continue developing a curriculum that stays up to date in effective communication skills as well as encouraging confidence in conducting conflict-management techniques.
